As part of the design team, ANZL (lead by our engineer Colin Oakley) was responsible for the design, build, and installation of the HVAC services to a 3-floor fit-out of office space for The Ministry for the Environment, in the historic Stewart Dawson Building, in the Wellington CBD.

These fit-out works elevated the base build systems associated, also designed by ANZL from a 4 star to a 5 star Green star rating.

Most of the spaces have exposed services (no ceilings) which required a high level of coordination with Architectural and other services to achieve an aesthetically pleasing result.
